Short-Cut Loaded Guacamole

Prep: 15 minutes • Serves: 12

1 container (15 ounces) PICS classic guacamole
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup drained and chopped pickled jalapeño slices
1/2 cup thawed frozen corn kernels
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1.In large bowl, stir guacamole, lime juice and seasoning; fold in onion, tomatoes, jalapeños, corn and cilantro. Makes about 3 cups.
