Classic Pimm’s® Cup

Prep: 10 minutes plus standing • Serves: 4

1 can (12 fluid ounces) PICS lemon lime seltzer
1 can (12 ounces) PICS frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 medium Market 32 orange, cut into wedges
1 cup Pimm’s No. 1™
1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
4 lemon wheels for garnish

1. In pitcher, stir seltzer, lemonade concentrate, orange wedges, Pimm’s, cucumber, basil and mint; let stand 15 minutes. Makes about 5 cups.

2. In 4 (12-ounce) highball glasses, add ice and seltzer mixture; garnish with lemon wheels.
