Slow Cooker White Chocolate-Pumpkin Latte

Slow Cook: 2 hours 30 minutes • Serves: 14

2 cans (15 ounces each) Full Circle 100% pure pumpkin
8 cups PICS whole milk
4 cups PICS half and half
1/2 cup PICS granulated sugar
3-1/2 tablespoons PICS instant coffee granules
1-1/2 teaspoons PICS ground cinnamon plus additional for garnish (optional)
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon PICS vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup PICS white chocolate chips plus additional for garnish (optional)
PICS whipped cream for garnish (optional)

1.In 5- to 6-quart slow cooker, whisk all ingredients except chocolate chips and whipped cream; cover and cook on high 2 hours.

2. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted; cover and cook on low 30 minutes. Makes about 14 cups.

3. Serve latte in mugs garnished with whipped cream, chocolate chips and cinnamon, if desired.
