Dagwood Sandwich

Prep: 15 minutes • Serves: 4

3 tablespoons PICS mayonnaise
1 tablespoon PICS yellow mustard
1 teaspoon PICS Italian seasoning
4 pimento-stuffed super colossal Spanish queen olives
4 Simply Done toothpicks
4 PICS poppy seed kaiser rolls, halved horizontally
1/4 pound Market 32 deli ham
1/4 pound Market 32 deli pastrami
1/4 pound Market 32 deli turkey
4 slices PICS Cheddar cheese
4 slices PICS Swiss cheese
1/3 cup drained mild banana pepper rings
1/4 cup thinly sliced Market 32 red onion

1. In small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, mustard and Italian seasoning. Thread 1 olive onto each toothpick.

2. Spread cut sides of top halves of rolls with mayonnaise mixture; top bottom halves of rolls with ham, pastrami, turkey, cheeses, pepper rings, onion and top halves of rolls, mayonnaise mixture side down. Stick 1 toothpick with olive through top of each sandwich. Makes 4 sandwiches.
