Pineapple Salsa

Prep: 15 minutes • Serves: 8

1-1/4 cups finely chopped Market 32 fresh pineapple
1/2 cup finely chopped Full Circle red bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped Market 32 red onion
2 tablespoons PICS fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons PICS olive oil
1/8 teaspoon PICS salt

1. In large bowl, stir all ingredients. Makes about 2 cups.
