Mini Soccer Cheese Balls

Prep: 30 minutes plus chilling • Serves: 12

1 package (8 ounces) PICS cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup PICS shredded white Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons PICS sliced almonds, toasted and finely chopped
1/2teaspoon PICS garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon PICS onion powder
24 drained PICS sliced black olives, quartered

1.Line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. In large bowl, stir cheeses, almonds, garlic powder and onion powder; form into 12 (1-1/2-inch) balls and place on prepared pan. Place olive pieces on outside of cheese balls to form “soccer balls”; refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm. Makes 12 “soccer balls.”

Chef Tips:
Serve “soccer balls” with crackers.

To toast almonds: Toast almonds in small skillet over medium-low heat 3 minutes or until lightly browned and fragrant, stirring occasionally; transfer to plate to cool.
