1-1/2 (4-ounce) containers PICS crumbled feta cheese
2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup PICS plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon PICS fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon PICS fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup diced Full Circle red bell pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 bag (7 to 8 ounces) PICS baked pita chips
1. In food processor with knife blade attached, purée cream cheese, feta cheese, garlic, yogurt, lemon juice and black pepper until smooth, scraping bowl occasionally. Makes about 2 cups.
2. Serve dip sprinkled with bell pepper and parsley along with pita chips.
