All Dressed Potato Wedges

Grill: 8 minutes • Serves: 8
1/4 cup PICS canola oil
1-1/2 tablespoons PICS all dressed finishing seasoning
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
1.Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat; line rimmed baking pan with paper towel. In large saucepot, heat 6 cups salted water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add potatoes; cook 6 minutes. Drain potatoes; transfer to prepared pan and pat dry. Transfer potatoes to large bowl; add oil and toss.
2.Place potatoes on hot grill rack; cover and cook 8 minutes or until grill marks appear and potatoes are tender, turning once halfway through cooking. Transfer to same large bowl; add seasoning and gently toss. Makes about 40 potato wedges.
3.Serve potato wedges garnished with parsley, if desired.
