Nonstick cooking spray
4 slices PICS Muenster cheese
4 PICS hamburger buns
2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon PICS olive oil
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon PICS ground black pepper
1/4 cup prepared PICS guacamole
1/4 cup drained PICS pickled jalapeños
1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. Spray both sides of burgers with cooking spray. Place burgers on hot grill rack; cover and cook 15 minutes, turning once. During last 2 minutes of cooking, top burgers with cheese; cover and cook 2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160° and cheese melts. During last minute of cooking, place buns, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 1 minute or until lightly toasted.
2. In medium bowl, toss cabbage, lime juice, oil, salt and pepper. Spread cut sides of bottom buns with guacamole; serve burgers in buns topped with cabbage mixture and jalapeños.
