Feta-Stuffed Beef Burgers

Prep: 15 minutes
Grill: 10 minutes • Serves: 4

1-1/4 pounds ground chuck
1/3 cup PICS crumbled feta cheese
1 teaspoon PICS dried oregano
PICS nonstick cooking spray
4 Market 32 brioche hamburger buns
1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced
1/4 cup PICS hot deli-sliced banana peppers

1.Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. In large bowl, gently mix ground chuck, cheese and oregano; do not overmix. Form ground chuck mixture into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties; spray with cooking spray.

2. Place patties on hot grill rack; cover and cook 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°, turning once. During last 2 minutes of cooking, place buns, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 2 minutes or until buns are toasted.

3. Spread tzatziki sauce on cut sides of bottom buns; serve burgers in buns topped with tomato and peppers.
