Citrus & Herb Summer Slaw

1/4 cup PICS orange juice
2 tablespoons PICS lime juice
1-1/2 tablespoons PICS honey
1 teaspoon PICS salt
1/2 teaspoon PICS ground black pepper
1/4 cup PICS olive oil
6 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups shredded Market 32 carrots
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cup thinly sliced Market 32 red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
2 tablespoons PICS lime juice
1-1/2 tablespoons PICS honey
1 teaspoon PICS salt
1/2 teaspoon PICS ground black pepper
1/4 cup PICS olive oil
6 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups shredded Market 32 carrots
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cup thinly sliced Market 32 red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1.In large bowl, whisk orange juice, lime juice, honey, salt and black pepper; whisking constantly, slowly drizzle in oil to emulsify. Add cabbages, carrots, bell pepper, cilantro, parsley and onions; toss. Makes about 8 cups.
