Alabama White BBQ Grilled Chicken Thighs

Grill: 18 minutes • Serves: 4

1/2 cup PICS mayonnaise
2 tablespoons PICS spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon PICS apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon PICS cayenne pepper hot sauce
1 teaspoon PICS prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon PICS Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon PICS garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3/4 teaspoon PICS kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon PICS ground black pepper
4 Market 32 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1 tablespoon PICS olive oil
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

1.Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. In medium bowl, whisk mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, hot sauce, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt and black pepper. Makes about 1 cup sauce.

2.Pat chicken dry; brush both sides with oil and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt. Place chicken on hot grill rack; cover and cook 18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°, turning once. Makes 4 chicken thighs.

3.Serve chicken with sauce sprinkled with parsley, if desired.
