Za’atar Chicken Hummus Board

Prep: 25 minutes • Serves: 8

2 cups PICS garlic hummus
1 cup shredded Market 32 skinless rotisserie chicken breast meat
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped refrigerated cooked beets
1/2 cup PICS crumbled goat cheese
1/2 cup quartered Full Circle grape tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped Market 32 red onion
1 tablespoon za’atar seasoning
2 tablespoons PICS extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 package (12.7 ounces) original naan rounds, each round quartered
1 lemon, cut into 8 wedges

1. Spread hummus over large cutting board; sprinkle with chicken, cucumber, beets, cheese, tomatoes, onion and seasoning. Drizzle hummus mixture with oil and sprinkle with mint; serve with naan and lemon wedges.
