Yum Yum Brats

Prep: 10 minutes
Grill: 15 minutes • Serves: 6

1 package (14 ounces) stadium brats
6 PICS hoagie rolls
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1/3 cup yum yum sauce plus additional for serving (optional)
1/4 cup chopped PICS bread & butter pickle chips

1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over high heat. Place brats on hot grill rack; cover and cook 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°, turning frequently. About 3 minutes before brats are done, place rolls, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 3 minutes or until grill marks appear.

2. In large bowl, stir cabbage and sauce.

3. Serve brats in buns topped with cabbage mixture and pickles, if desired.
