Peanut Butter Cookie Mug Cake

1/4 cup PICS whole milk
2 tablespoons PICS creamy peanut butter plus additional for garnish (optional)
1 tablespoon PICS all-purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoons PICS granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon PICS baking powder
2 tablespoons PICS whipped topping
1-1/2 teaspoons chopped PICS roasted salted peanuts
1. In 12-ounce microwave-safe mug, mash 4 cookies, milk and peanut butter with fork; stir in flour, sugar and baking powder. Place remaining cookie in center of batter; push down slightly to cover.
2.Heat cookie mixture in microwave oven on high 1 minute or until set. Top cake with whipped topping, peanuts, cookie and peanut butter, if desired.
