8 egg roll wrappers
4 slices PICS Cheddar cheese, halved
4 fully cooked bratwurst, cut crosswise in half
2 green onions, cut crosswise into 2-inch pieces
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup PICS spicy brown mustard
1. In medium saucepot, heat oil over medium heat 25 minutes or until temperature reaches 350°.
2. Place wrappers on work surface with 1 corner of each facing you; evenly place cheese, bratwurst, onions and cabbage in center of wrappers. Brush edges of wrappers with water; fold bottom corner over filling, roll up tightly twice, fold in sides and roll up tightly.
3. In batches, add egg rolls to oil and cook 5 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, turning once; serve with mustard. Makes 8 egg rolls.
