Antipasto Sausage & Zoodle Salad

1 pound zucchini noodles
1/2 pound fully cooked Market 32 Italian chicken sausage, sliced crosswise
1/2 (8-ounce) package fresh Market 32 mozzarella pearls, drained
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped Market 32 red onion
1/4 cup PICS pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons PICS olive oil
1 tablespoon PICS red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon PICS dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon PICS black pepper
Sliced PICS pepperoncini for garnish (optional)
