Philly-BBQ Chicken Sheet Pan Sliders

2 tablespoons PICS unsalted butter
1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 medium yellow onion, sliced
1-1/2 cups shredded skinless Market 32 rotisserie chicken breast meat
1/2 cup PICS BBQ sauce
1 package (12 count) original Hawaiian sweet rolls, split horizontally
6 slices PICS provolone cheese, halved

1.Preheat oven to 350°; line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. In large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Add pepper and onion; cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.

2.In medium bowl, stir chicken and sauce. Makes about 1-1/2 cups chicken mixture.

3.Place bottom halves of rolls, cut side up, on prepared pan; top with chicken mixture, onion mixture, cheese and top halves of rolls, cut side down. Brush tops of sliders with remaining 1 tablespoon butter; tightly cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake sliders 13 minutes or until cheese is melted; uncover and bake 2 minutes or until tops of sliders are lightly browned. Makes 12 sliders.
