Smoked Salmon Flatbread

Prep: 20 minutes • Serves: 8

1 package (8 ounces) PICS Neufchâtel or cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 artisan or naan flatbreads
2 packages (4 ounces each) PICS sliced smoked salmon, halved crosswise
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup drained PICS capers

1.In medium bowl, with mixer on medium speed, beat cheese and lemon juice 2 minutes or until smooth. Makes about 3/4 cup.

2.Spread flatbreads with cheese mixture; top with salmon, onion and capers. Makes 2 flatbreads.

3.Cut each flatbread lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 8 squares. Makes 16 pieces.
