Maple-Walnut Crusted Salmon

2⁄3cup PICS walnut pieces
1/4cup PICS maple syrup
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon PICS garlic powder
1/2teaspoon PICS chili powder
1/2teaspoon kosher salt
1/4teaspoon smoked paprika
1 whole skin-on salmon fillet (about 2 pounds)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1.Preheat oven to 400°. Line rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil; spray with cooking spray.
2.In medium bowl, stir walnuts, syrup, orange juice, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and paprika. Makes about 1 cup.
3.Place salmon, skin side down, on prepared pan; press walnut mixture onto salmon. Bake salmon 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°; serve sprinkled with parsley.
