Korean-Style Cheesy Corn Spread

2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup PICS shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup PICS sweet cream unsalted butter (1 stick), softened
2 tablespoons gochujang sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese-style hot mustard
1 tablespoon PICS mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup PICS shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup PICS sweet cream unsalted butter (1 stick), softened
2 tablespoons gochujang sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese-style hot mustard
1 tablespoon PICS mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1.In food processor, pulse all ingredients until incorporated, scraping down bowl occasionally. Makes about 1 cup.
