Holiday Honey-Balsamic Lamb Chops

2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup PICS balsamic vinegar
1-1/2 tablespoons PICS honey
1 tablespoon Full Circle Market™ organic stone ground mustard
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
8 lean lamb chops (about 2 pounds)
1/4 teaspoon PICS salt
1/4 teaspoon PICS ground black pepper
1 tablespoon PICS olive oil

1.In small bowl, whisk garlic, vinegar, honey, mustard and rosemary.

2.Pat both sides of lamb chops with paper towel; sprinkle with salt and pepper. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add lamb chops; cook 3 minutes, turning once. Add vinegar mixture; reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes or until internal temperature of lamb chops reaches 145° (or to desired doneness) and vinegar mixture is thickened, turning once.
