Everything Cheeseburgers

Grill: 8 minutes • Serves: 4

1 pound ground chuck
2 tablespoons PICS everything blend spice mix
PICS nonstick cooking spray
4 Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin Cheddar cheese slices
4 pretzel roll hamburger buns
1/4 cup Hellmann’s® mayonnaise
2 tablespoons PICS yellow mustard
4 slices (1/4-inch-thick) beefsteak tomato

1.Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. In large bowl, gently mix ground chuck and spice mix; do not overmix. Form ground chuck mixture into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

2.Spray patties with cooking spray; place on hot grill rack, cover and cook 6 minutes, turning once. Top patties with cheese; cover and cook 2 minutes or until internal temperature of burgers reaches 160° and cheese is melted. During last 1 minute of cooking, place buns, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 1 minute or until lightly toasted.

3.Spread bottom halves of buns with mayonnaise; spread top halves of buns with mustard. Serve burgers in buns topped with tomato slices.
