Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Prep: 15 minutes
Chill: 4 hours • Bake: 10 minutes

2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Domino® easy baking tub granulated sugar
1 cup Domino® light brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup Domino® powdered sugar

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.

2.In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla extract. Add the eggs, one at a time, whisking until smooth.

3.Using a spatula, stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients in a few batches, until a thick, fudgy dough forms. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.

4.Preheat your oven to 350° and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Roll each ball in Domino® Powdered Sugar.

5.Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft. Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
