Chicken Lettuce Wrap Bowl

Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 8 minutes • Serves: 4

2 packages (8.8 ounces) ready to serve brown rice
PICS nonstick cooking spray
1 pound Market 32 ground chicken
1 tablespoon PICS less-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon PICS garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon PICS salt
1/4 teaspoon PICS ground black pepper
1 package (10.6 ounces) sesame Asian chopped salad kit
Lime wedges for garnish (optional)

1.Prepare rice as label directs. Makes about 3 cups.

2.Heat large skillet over medium-high heat; spray with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook 8 minutes or until browned, breaking up chicken with side of spoon. Remove from heat; stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

3.Prepare salad kit as label directs without toppings. Makes about 3-1/2 cups salad mixture.

4.Divide rice into 4 bowls; top with salad mixture, chicken mixture and toppings from salad kit. Makes 4 bowls.

5.Serve bowls garnished with limes, if desired.
