Cheese Slaw

Prep: 15 minutes plus chilling • Serves: 8

3 cups PICS shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Hellmann’s® mayonnaise
1/3 cup chopped drained PICS mild banana pepper rings
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
2 tablespoons chopped drained PICS mild sliced jalapeños
1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
Favorite PICS crackers, PICS chips, PICS pretzels and/or crudité vegetables for serving (optional)

1.In large bowl, stir cheese, mayonnaise, banana peppers, onions, jalapeño peppers and mustard; cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled. Makes about 2 packed cups.

2.Serve cheese slaw with crackers, chips, pretzels and/or crudité vegetables, if desired.
