Bourbon-Espresso Milkshakes

Prep: 10 minutes • Serves: 4

Whipped Cream

1/2 cup PICS heavy cream
1 tablespoon PICS powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon PICS vanilla extract

Milkshakes

1/4 cup PICS whole milk
2 tablespoons bourbon whiskey
2 tablespoons chilled brewed espresso
1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
2 cups PICS vanilla ice cream
Chopped PICS dark chocolate espresso beans for garnish (optional)

Whipped Cream
1. In large bowl, with mixer on low speed, beat cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract 2 minutes; increase speed to medium-high and beat 4 minutes or to medium-firm peaks. Makes about 1 cup whipped cream.

Milkshakes
2.In blender, blend milk, bourbon, espresso and vanilla syrup 1 minute. Add ice cream; blend 1 minute or until smooth. Makes about 2-1/2 cups milkshake.

3.Pour milkshake into 4 (6-ounce) glasses; top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate espresso beans, if desired. Makes 4 milkshakes.
