Avocado Fries with Lime Ranch

Bake: 20 minutes • Serves: 8
1 cup PICS plain panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon PICS onion powder
1/2 teaspoon PICS sea salt
2 PICS large egg whites
4 firm ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and each cut into 6 wedges
1/2 cup PICS ranch dressing
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1.Preheat oven to 425°; spray rimmed baking pan with cooking spray. In wide, shallow dish, stir breadcrumbs, onion powder and salt; in second wide, shallow dish, whisk egg whites until foamy.
2.Dip avocados in egg whites, allowing excess to drip off, then gently press into breadcrumb mixture to coat; transfer to prepared pan. Spray avocado fries with cooking spray; bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 24 fries.
3.In small bowl, whisk dressing, lime juice and lime zest. Makes about 1/2 cup lime ranch.
4.Serve avocado fries with lime ranch.
