Kicked-Up Green Smoothie
Prep: 5 minutes plus freezing • Serves: 2
1medium organic banana, sliced
1medium organic Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
1/2cup packed chopped organic kale
1small jalapeño pepper, seeded
1-1/2cups 100% mango juice
1/2cup organic low fat French vanilla yogurt
1/4cup chopped organic cucumber
1tablespoon organic flaxseed meal

1.Freeze banana, apple and kale at least 2 hours up to overnight.
2.Add jalapeño, juice, yogurt, cucumber, flaxseed meal, banana, apple and kale to blender; purée until smooth. Makes about 4 cups.
