Leftover Turkey BLT Sandwiches with Avocado Aioli

Prep: 10 minutes
Broil: 2 minutes • Serves: 4

1 small avocado, halved and pitted
1/4 cup garlic aioli
4 Market 32 brioche buns
2 cups shredded leftover turkey
4 slices PICS provolone cheese
4 slices cooked PICS thick-sliced bacon, halved crosswise
4 bibb lettuce leaves
1 small Roma tomato, thinly sliced crosswise

1.Place oven rack about 4 to 5 inches from broiler; preheat broiler to high. In small bowl, mash avocado with a fork; stir in aioli.

2. Place bottom buns, cut side up, on rimmed baking pan; spread with half the avocado mixture. Top with turkey and cheese; broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

3.Spread cut sides of top buns with remaining half of the avocado mixture. Top cheese with bacon, lettuce, tomato and top buns, avocado mixture side down. Makes 4 sandwiches.
