Cuban Sandwich Pizza

Bake: 15 minutes • Serves: 4

PICS nonstick cooking spray
1/2 ​cup PICS sour cream
3​ tablespoons mojo marinade
1 ​tablespoon roasted garlic stir-in paste
PICS all-purpose flour for dusting
1​ (16-ounce) Market 32 pizza dough ball, thawed if necessary
2/3 ​cup PICS shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
​2/3 cup PICS shredded Swiss cheese
1/4​ small red onion, thinly sliced
1​ cup Cherry Wood Smoked Pulled Pork (see recipe)
​2/3 cup finely chopped ham
1/2​ cup thinly sliced PICS dill pickles
3​ tablespoons PICS Dijon, honey or yellow mustard

1.Preheat oven to 450°; spray pizza pan or rimless cookie sheet with cooking spray. In small bowl, stir sour cream, marinade and garlic paste.

2.On lightly floured work surface, roll dough into a 12-inch round; carefully transfer to prepared pan and poke several times with fork to vent. Leaving 1/2-inch border, spread sour cream mixture over dough; top with cheeses, onion, pork, ham and pickles. Bake pizza 15 minutes or until bottom and edges of crust are golden brown and crisp, rotating pan once. Makes 1 pizza.

3.Drizzle pizza with mustard; cut into 8 slices.
