5-Ingredient Spicy Asian Pork Sliders
Prep: 15 minutes
Grill: 7 minutes • Serves: 4
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon PICS less-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
8 sesame slider buns
Optional toppings: cilantro sprigs, lettuce, mayonnaise and/or shredded carrots
1.Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat. In large bowl, gently mix pork, ginger, soy sauce and chili garlic sauce until combined; do not overmix. Form pork mixture into 8 patties and make shallow indentation in center of each patty.
2.Place patties on hot grill rack; cover and cook 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°, turning once. During last minute of cooking, place buns, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 1 minute or until toasted.
3.Serve sliders in buns with optional toppings, if desired.
