5-Ingredient Green Chile Turkey Tortilla Soup

6 cups shredded leftover or cooked skinless Market 32 turkey
4 cups PICS chicken stock
4-1/2 cups PICS bite-size round corn tortilla chips
1/2 cup PICS sour cream
Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
1.In 6-quart slow cooker, stir 1 jar salsa, turkey and stock; cover and cook on high 4 hours or low 8 hours.
2.Stir in 2-1/2 cups chips; cover and cook on high 10 minutes or until chips are very tender. Stir in remaining 1 jar salsa. Makes about 12 cups.
3.Serve soup topped with sour cream garnished with cilantro, if desired, along with remaining 2 cups tortilla chips.
