Savory Yogurts

Savory Yogurts

Who says food always needs to be the same, made and eaten with all of the ‘normal’ ingredients? Every time. All of the time. I get bored with food pretty easily, but I also understand many of us often like to follow routines. These ingredients and recipes may be a bit out of your comfort zone, but I’ve found them to be easy-to-make and delicious. So here they are:

Savory yogurt. Savory is the key word here. This isn’t made with anything sweet but it still has incredible flavors and allows for creativity in the kitchen. FAGE Total Greek Yogurt is definitely my favorite. Packed with protein and essential nutrients minus the added preservatives or sweeteners in many other yogurts, FAGE provides a natural, tangy flavor that has endless cooking possibilities.

Here are some of my favorite savory yogurts to try for lunch or your next gathering. Just choose one and gently mix ingredients all together in a small bowl.
