Makes about 2-1\/2 cups.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>To serve, evenly spoon bean mixture into lettuce leaves; top with avocado, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
