Brush potatoes with butter; sprinkle with salt. Place potatoes in air fryer; cook 40 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until easily pierced with a knife.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>In small skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally; with slotted spoon, transfer to paper towel-lined plate. In same skillet, with drippings, cook pepper and mushroom 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>3.<\/span>Cut a 4-inch slit in the top of each potato; fill with marinara, pepper mixture, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
