Line 2 rimmed baking pans with parchment paper.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>Place baguette slices in single layer on 1 prepared pan; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Spread cheese mixture onto baguette toasts; top with peaches and onion slices.
