Makes about 3\/4 cup marinade.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>Place pork in large zip-top plastic bag; pour marinade over pork. Seal bag, pressing out excess air; massage pork in bag to coat and refrigerate at least 2 or up to 8 hours.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>3.<\/span>Soak skewers in water 20 minutes; prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Alternately thread pork and pineapple onto skewers. Place skewers on hot grill rack; cover and cook 8 minutes or until internal temperature of pork reaches 145\u00b0, turning once halfway through grilling.
