Add onion; cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant, stirring occasionally. Add tomato paste; cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Add milk, crushed red pepper, paprika and salt; cook 2 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Add butter, pasta and reserved cooking water; cook 1 minute or until heated through and butter is melted, stirring occasionally.
