Remove cinnamon sticks.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>In blender, pur\u00e9e rice mixture, evaporated milk, pumpkin, condensed milk and pumpkin pie spice until smooth; strain through fine-mesh strainer into pitcher and discard solids. Stir in at least 1 cup cold water or more to reach desired consistency.
