In medium bowl, whisk honey, oil, chipotle powder, salt and pepper. Add in salmon and cilantro; toss to coat. Thread salmon onto skewers; reduce grill heat to medium.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>Place skewers on hot grill rack; cover and cook 6 minutes or until salmon turns opaque throughout and internal temperature reaches 145\u00b0, turning once.
