In small bowl, stir seasoning, paprika, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Makes about 4 teaspoons.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span> In large bowl, toss shrimp, poblano peppers, serrano pepper, 3 tablespoons tequila, 1 tablespoon oil, shallot, agave, lime zest and 2 teaspoons seasoning mixture; let stand 15 minutes.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>3.<\/span> Rub both sides of steaks with remaining 1 tablespoon oil; sprinkle with remaining 2 teaspoons seasoning mixture. Place steaks on hot grill; cover and cook 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 135\u00b0 for medium-rare, turning once and drizzling with remaining 1 tablespoon tequila during last minute of cooking. Transfer steaks to cutting board; tent with aluminum foil and let stand 10 minutes. (Internal temperature will rise to 145\u00b0 upon standing.) Makes about 28 ounces.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>4.<\/span> Place shrimp on hot grill; cook, uncovered, 4 minutes or until shrimp turn opaque throughout, turning once.
